Rhino Extreme 1150XT is a premium, two-component, 100% solids modified polyurea engineered for the toughest industrial environments. It delivers exceptional abrasion, impact, and tear resistance, along with outstanding hydrolytic stability—making it ideal for severe applications in mining, mineral processing, and heavy industry.
This rapid-curing, flexible spray elastomer excels in both dry and wet conditions, providing long-lasting protection for plant linings, conveyors, vehicles, screens, processing vessels, and transmission lines. Its aromatic polyurea formulation offers excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and UV durability.
Rhino Extreme 1150XT can be applied to steel, cement, and various substrates when paired with the appropriate primer. It is highly recommended for mineral and ore transport systems, where it minimises material hang-up and reduces carry back for improved operational efficiency.
