Rhino Rexar MD95-15FR

The Rexar range of products are Fire Retarded, 100% solids, spray applied elastomeric protective linings designed to meet specific military requirements whilst still providing superior abrasion, impact, corrosion, and chemical resistance.

Rexar MD95-15FR is a proprietary Fire Retarded formulation that is applied using specifically designed plural component application equipment.

Rexar is spray applied and is rapid curing providing a seamless lining to any thickness in one application that can be put back into service in as little as 30 minutes.

Rexar MD95-15FR contains no VOC’s or solvents and is not flammable. Rexar passes Military requirements relating to fire and drip testing under direct flame, specifically: FAR 25.853 (a)(1)(ii) Amdt 116 eff 27 Oct 2004, APP F Part I Amdt 111 eff 2 Nov 2003.

Rexar MD95-15FR is a unique two component elastomeric polyurethane lining system specifically formulated to meet the demands of today’s defence forces. It is used for providing superior protection for metal, wood, concrete, fibreglass, and other substrates.

Rexar MD95-15FR exhibits high levels of tensile strength, tear strength, impact resistance, scratch resistance and is ideal for applications subject to heavy loads, corrosion, and chemical attack.

The Rexar range of products are used by the military for blast mitigation purposes on land and air-borne vehicles, structures, and personal protection equipment. REXAR MD95-15FR is ideal for aviation and military applications requiring flammability compliance.
